1. About Myfrind

Myfrind is a web-based platform that lets you create personalized web pages through conversation with an AI assistant. You describe what you want, the AI builds it, and you can share it via a public link.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Myfrind. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Free Tier & Credits

Every user receives 10 free AI messages per month. These reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.

You can purchase credit packs for additional messages. Credits are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits never expire.

Free users are limited to 3 projects. Users with credits can create unlimited projects. When credits run out, you revert to the free tier but keep existing projects.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. All prices are in USD. Lemon Squeezy handles tax compliance including VAT and sales tax.

Credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us within 14 days of purchase.

5. Your Content

You own the pages you create on Myfrind. You grant us a license to host, display, and serve your content as part of the service (including public sharing).

You are responsible for the content you create. Do not use Myfrind to create pages that are illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringe on others' rights.

6. AI-Generated Content

Pages are generated with the assistance of AI. While we strive for quality, AI output may contain errors or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and editing your pages before sharing them. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

7. Shared Pages

Pages you share are publicly accessible via their URL. Free-tier shared pages may include advertisements and a Myfrind badge. Paid users get clean pages without ads or branding.

We reserve the right to remove shared pages that violate these terms or are reported for abuse.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
  • Abuse the AI to generate harmful or misleading content
  • Create pages that impersonate others or spread misinformation
  • Circumvent usage limits or credit systems

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Myfrind available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Myfrind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
