  • Account information — email address and authentication data when you sign up
  • Content you create — pages, chat messages, and uploaded images
  • Usage data — message counts, project counts, and feature usage for billing and service operation
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store your card details

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and operate the Myfrind service
  • To process your AI page-building requests
  • To track credit usage and enforce usage limits
  • To serve your shared pages publicly when you choose to share
  • To send important service-related communications

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication
  • Google Gemini — AI model for generating page content. Your chat messages are sent to Google's API to generate responses. See Google's AI terms
  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and tax compliance. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections, row-level security policies, and secure authentication.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Free-tier shared pages may display third-party ads that use their own cookies.

6. Shared Pages

When you share a page, its content becomes publicly accessible via its URL. Anyone with the link can view it. You can unshare a page at any time to remove public access.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and projects for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and projects within 30 days.

Transaction records may be retained longer for legal and accounting purposes.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your created pages

9. Children's Privacy

Myfrind is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
